Di-stress Visual Exercise "Winter Ski-Boarding"

Although a winter vacation may not be doable any time soon to hit the ski slopes or do some "Winter Ski-boarding" to “de-stress” and unwind, never fear,  your in luck! Research suggest that being able to visualize it can reduce stress hormones just as if we were there! Try it out. Take a few minutes a day, look at this picture or one of your favorite vacation spots, find a quiet place and visualize being there. You will be amazed at how your body and mind will de-stress and feel renewed. You may even start planning your get away.
