REACH continues to provide robust evidence-based resources, that are customized to assist the unique departmental concerns facing today's city employees. Primary services using face-to-face and virtual - telehealth methods are externally provided to assure confidentiality and will not to interrupt work focus.  Additionally, EAP support is provided on-site as neeeded for: leadership consultation, traumatic events, group and individual debriefings, educational seminars, and ongoing promotion of benefit services. REACH provides employee services tailored for each city department including: 

  1. Administration: The overall management of the municipality, including financial management, personnel human resources management, and strategic planning.

  2. Public Works: The maintenance and repair of the municipality's physical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water and sewage systems.

  3. Parks and Recreation: The overall management and maintenance of parks, recreation, and other public facilities.

  4. Public Safety: The security and safety of the municipality's residents, including police, fire, and emergency services.

  5. Planning and Zoning: The management of land use and development within the municipality, including zoning regulations, building permits, and planning for future growth and development.

  6. Health and Human Services: The providing of health and social services to the municipality's residents, including public health programs, social services, and senior services.

  7. Economic Development: The promoting of economic growth and development within the municipality, including business recruitment, retention, and expansion.
